Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Resin World, we strive to deliver high-quality resin products. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.


No Returns & No Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Customers are requested to carefully review:

  • Product description

  • Images

  • Specifications

  • Size and quantity

before placing an order.

Every product undergoes a quality inspection before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.


Damaged, Defective or Missing Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A manufacturing defect

  • A missing item in your package

please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Order Number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • A complete unboxing video (mandatory)

Important: Claims for damaged or defective items cannot be processed without an uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.


Complaint Review

Our support team will review your request within 2–5 business days.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund (where applicable)

The necessary action will generally be initiated within 48 hours after approval.


Wrong Delivery Status

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order, you must notify us within 24 hours.

  • Subject: "Wrong Delivery Status"

Failure to report the issue within 24 hours may result in the claim being rejected, as courier investigations are time-sensitive.


Return to Origin (RTO)

If a shipment is returned to us because of customer-related reasons, including:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer unavailable during delivery

  • Failure to answer courier calls

  • Refusal to accept the parcel

the shipment will be treated as a Return to Origin (RTO).

In such cases:

  • The customer will be responsible for both the RTO charges and the reshipping charges.

  • Orders returned due to customer error cannot be cancelled, and shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, the refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at bbresinstore@gmail.com.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless the error is caused by Resin World.


Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and entered into processing.

However, in exceptional circumstances, cancellation requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Resin World.

If approved:

  • Applicable cancellation charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • The final decision regarding cancellation rests solely with Resin World.

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
