At Resin World, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via Email and/or SMS along with tracking details.

Custom or Made-to-Order Products

Products that are customized or specially prepared may require 4–7 business days for processing before dispatch.


Delivery Timeline

Our warehouse dispatches orders Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro & Major Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days

  • North-Eastern States & Remote Areas: Up to 15 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Modifications & Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed:

  • Changes to products, quantity, shipping address, or contact details can only be requested within 4 hours of placing the order.

  • After 4 hours, we will be unable to modify or cancel your order, as it may already be under processing.

We request customers to carefully review all order details before completing the purchase.


Product Availability

In rare cases, a product may become temporarily unavailable or experience unexpected delays.

If this happens, our team will contact you within 1–2 business days via phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to discuss the available options.


Incorrect Address / RTO (Return to Origin)

If a shipment is returned to us due to any customer-related reason, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Incorrect contact number

  • Customer unavailable at the delivery location

  • Failure to answer courier calls

  • Refusal to accept the shipment

the order will be treated as a Return to Origin (RTO).

In such cases:

  • The customer will be responsible for both the Return Shipping Charges (RTO) and Reshipping Charges.

  • Orders returned due to customer error cannot be cancelled, and shipping charges are non-refundable.


Delivery Issues

If your order tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the parcel, you must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery update.

  • Your Order ID

  • Subject: "Wrong Delivery Status"

Requests received after 24 hours may not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund due to courier limitations.


Heavy Weight Orders

The shipping charges displayed on our website apply to orders weighing up to 25 kg.

If your order exceeds 25 kg, our team will contact you before dispatch regarding any additional shipping charges.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated during checkout based on your order value, weight, and delivery location.

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment confirmation.
